01 What makes Face to Face Spa different from a traditional day spa?
Face to Face Spa is a medical spa, not a day spa. Every treatment is physician-directed and performed by a licensed esthetician, using medical-grade products, pharmaceutical-strength peels, and FDA-approved injectables. We're built for measurable results on concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, sun damage, and fine lines — not surface-level pampering.
02 How long is a typical medi-facial?
Most of our medi-facials run 50–75 minutes. The Premium Medi-Facial (included in the New Client Special) is a full 60 minutes, which includes an in-room consultation so your esthetician can tune the protocol to what your skin needs that day.
03 How do I know which service is right for me?
Start with a free consultation. We'll assess your skin in person, ask about your goals and lifestyle, and recommend either a single treatment or a multi-visit plan. There's no pressure to commit to a package on the spot, and memberships are optional — never required.
04 Are injectables safe at a med spa?
All injectables at Face to Face Spa are administered under physician direction by trained, licensed providers, using only FDA-approved products: Botox®, Juvéderm®, and SkinVive™. Every appointment includes a pre-treatment consultation and written aftercare guidance.
05 Do you offer memberships and financing?
Yes to both. Membership includes up to 30% off services, 70% off exfoliation, free gift package at sign-up, guest pricing, and priority booking — no long-term contract, no unbreakable commitments. For bigger treatment plans we partner with Cherry for 0% APR financing (60-second application, no hard credit pull).
