01 Is pricing the same at every location?
Pricing is consistent on core services across locations, but each franchise owner can set final rates within the Face to Face Spa standard. The figures shown here are anchor ranges; your final quote is confirmed in the free in-room consultation.
02 How do members save up to 70% on exfoliation?
Members receive up to 30% off services, up to 70% off exfoliation (peels, microderm, dermaplaning), and up to 50% off initial lash extensions. There is no long-term contract; membership can be paused or canceled at any time.
03 Can I finance a treatment series?
Yes. We partner with Cherry for 0% APR promotional financing. The application takes 60 seconds, requires no hard credit check, and lets you split treatment cost across monthly payments. Interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR are available depending on credit.
04 Are consultations free?
All consultations are complimentary. Free consultations are explicitly offered for Semaglutide, Botox®, and Juvéderm® — and you're welcome to book a no-obligation consult before committing to any treatment or package.
05 Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes. Series packages (peels, microneedling, facials) are bundled at a discount — our SkinPen Series of 3 is the most popular for scarring and texture. Members receive additional savings on top. Ask at the front desk or request package pricing inside the Book drawer.
