A nurse practitioner built this, because no one else would.
In 2011, the visionary founder of Face to Face Spa, Jenny Woodcock, embarked on a transformative journey fueled by a personal struggle with severe cystic acne since her teenage years. Driven by a desire for relief, Jenny was determined to create a transformative skincare experience for others just like her.
She built what she could never find: a place where results came first, where physician oversight was the default, and where clinical rigor met the ritual of a spa. That founding standard — evidence-based, physician-directed, delivered one-to-one — now runs across 41 locations in 19 states.
Every protocol on our menu starts with Jenny's original question: what would actually work? It's why our Premium Medi-Facial won the Austin Statesman A-List, why we name our providers, and why memberships carry no long-term contracts.
