We collect personal information you provide directly (name, email, phone, birth date, billing details) and medical information necessary for safe treatment (skin history, allergies, medications, conditions). We also collect appointment records through our scheduling partner, Zenoti.

How we use it

Personal information is used to schedule appointments, process payments, communicate with you about services, and provide safe care. Medical information is used solely to inform treatment decisions. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with: (a) service providers that operate the scheduling and payment systems (Zenoti, Cherry for financing), (b) the licensed clinicians at your chosen location who will provide care, and (c) authorities where legally required. Each franchise location is an independent business responsible for its own compliance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. California, Virginia, and Colorado residents have additional rights under their state laws. Request by email via our contact page.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses essential cookies to remember your chosen spa location and membership status. We use Google Fonts, which may collect IP addresses. No advertising cookies are set without your consent.

Children

Clients under 18 receiving any treatment must have parent/guardian consent in-person at the spa. Our dedicated Teen Facial is offered for ages 13–18.
